When they pull my skin down to remove the excess during Tummy Tuck, will this pull my breasts down as well?
A: Change in breasts after tummy tuck
The breast fold (inframammary fold) will likely not change after a tummy tuck. Most dissection during a tummy tuck does not extend as high up to have any noticeable effect on the breast position. Even if a patient has laxity of their upper chest wall near the breast fold, a tummy tuck has only minor effect on the breasts. Most patients will never notice such a change.
