Most mommy makeover procedures involve a breast augmentation combined with a tummy tuck. Today I actually performed one which included a silicone breast augmentation with a breast lift as well as a tummy tuck and liposuction of the flanks. The total time for this procedure was four hours, and the patient was discharged to home today. She will take about one week off from work to recover and will be wearing a surgical garment and bra for about four weeks.
This particular patient had three previous pregnancies and her abdominal wall required a fair amount of tightening. She now has a very flat abdomen and lifted breasts- the combined effect (breasts & abdomen) really has a significant impact on her overall physique.
