Tuberous breasts, also known as constricted, are breasts that have a cone-like shape and may appear narrower and further apart than typical breasts. This is a developmental condition that affects many women and can vary from mild forms to more severe forms. Often times breast implants can improve the shape of the breasts, however it is difficult to restore completely normal appearing, symmetric breasts. In addition to breast implant insertion, the breast tissue needs to be dissected and reshaped to give an aesthetically appealing result.
